For stock non custom or personalized items your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.   If you are not completely happy with your purchase - within 14 days of receipt you must package the item and return it to us - and we will submit to you a refund less of your purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee but plus shipping for one way.

If the item is defective - we will refund you 100% including for the shipping both ways.

For custom made or personalized items - if you are not happy with the workmanship or the spelling is wrong - we will give you a full credit or exchange.   There will be pre-approval stages before item(s) go to production - so THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
